Short answer

Lemon Creativo, a corporate gifts supplier in Santo Domingo, works with companies abroad by email or WhatsApp: you send the brief, get a quote with a mockup within 24 to 48 hours, approve the artwork in writing, and we produce and deliver locally to offices, hotels, or individual people. A full project takes 10 to 18 business days.

Who is this for?

Companies based outside the Dominican Republic that need something produced and delivered here: a regional office that needs welcome kits, a team with people in several Dominican cities, a conference at a resort, or clients visiting the country. The buyer is abroad; the work happens in the DR.

A local supplier saves you from shipping branded boxes from another country for an event here, and from chasing several vendors from a distance. You get one contact, one invoice, and one delivery date.

How does a remote quote work?

Entirely by email or WhatsApp, in English or Spanish. You send the brief to [email protected] or to WhatsApp at +1 (849) 477-4337, and you get a quote within 24 to 48 hours, with a mockup of your brand on the item and an itemized price: product, branding, packaging, and service.

Approvals happen in writing, so nothing depends on a call across time zones. Good to know: the Dominican Republic is on Atlantic Standard Time (UTC−4) all year, with no daylight saving. That matches US Eastern time in summer and runs one hour ahead in winter.

What to send in your first emailWhy it matters
Purpose and audience (new hires, clients, event attendees)It decides the item, the packaging, and the presentation
Quantity per group40 identical kits is a different order from 30 standard and 10 premium
Date needed in hand, not the event dateWe build the schedule backward from it
Delivery points in the DR, with a local contact for eachOne office, several sites, a hotel, or each person's home
Vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG, or editable PDF)It saves days of artwork adjustments
Approver and preferred languageOne person signs off, in English or Spanish

Which currency are prices in?

Catalog prices are in Dominican pesos (RD$), before ITBIS tax. The currency selector on our site shows a US dollar equivalent, for reference only. The invoice currency and the payment method are set in the quote, so you know both before you approve.

As a reference as of October 2026: the mini moka pot with a laser-engraved logo starts at RD$1,267, and the Raíces con Estilo set, with a Dominicanito, Cacaoteca cacao, and a bamboo tumbler, at RD$3,014.

Can you get a local invoice?

Yes. Lemon Creativo invoices with an electronic tax receipt (e-CF). If your company has an RNC (Dominican tax ID) through a local branch or subsidiary, give us the RNC and the exact legal name, and tell us the receipt type your accountants need. If the branch operates in a free trade zone under a special regime, the receipt changes; our guide to uniforms and kits for free trade zone companies covers that case.

If you are buying from abroad with no Dominican entity, tell us in the brief and we will define the invoice in the quote, before anything is produced.

Where can you deliver?

Anywhere in the country. We offer fast delivery in the National District and nationwide coverage, including individual deliveries to remote teams or several sites, with projects in Punta Cana, Santiago, and La Romana.

How long does it take?

The clock starts at artwork approval, not at your first email.

Order typeLead time from artwork approval
Single item with simple branding (mugs, tumblers, pens, ready-made boxes)2 to 4 days, per the product page
Glass plaques, apparel, personal care kits5 to 7 days, per the product page
Full project: multi-item kits, special packaging, volume, or several deliveries10 to 18 business days, depending on volume and method
Event with more than 100 piecesPlan at least 15 business days

What do foreign companies usually give in the DR?

Something useful with your brand, and often a Dominican touch: coffee, cacao, rum, or cigars, well presented instead of a generic souvenir. For a key client, the premium Dominican trunk, with Brugal 1888 rum, cigars, chocolates, and local treats, starts at RD$9,636. Ideas by type of visitor are in what to gift a foreign client visiting the DR.

How we handle it at Lemon

Buying from a distance works when every decision is in writing and someone on the ground owns the delivery. That is how we run it:

  1. Remote brief by email or WhatsApp, in English or Spanish.
  2. Quote within 24 to 48 hours, with a mockup, an itemized price, currency, and a written lead time.
  3. Written artwork approval and, when it applies, a sample.
  4. Local production with piece-by-piece quality control.
  5. Delivery to one location, per site, per person, or at the hotel, with a named recipient at each point.

What keeps a remote order on track most is naming, from day one, who receives in the DR at each delivery point. More on how we support teams abroad is in how we work when the buyer is outside the DR, and the full offer is on our page for a local DR supplier for international companies. Before choosing any vendor, our guide to choosing a corporate gifts supplier lists what to ask for.

Request your quote with your date and delivery points in the DR: we reply within 24 to 48 hours with a mockup and an itemized price.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay in US dollars?

Invoice currency and payment method are agreed in the quote. Catalog prices are in Dominican pesos (RD$), before ITBIS tax; the site's currency selector shows a US$ equivalent for reference only.

Can you handle the order in English?

Yes. The proposal, approvals, and follow-up can be handled in English or Spanish, depending on your team.

Do I need to be in the Dominican Republic to buy?

No. The brief, quote, artwork approval, and follow-up all happen by email or WhatsApp. You only need to name who receives at each delivery point in the DR.

Do you deliver to hotels in Punta Cana?

Yes. We have run projects in Punta Cana, Santiago, and La Romana, and we coordinate delivery with the hotel or your local team. Transport is built into the schedule from the quote.
