Part of the guide Corporate kits

Short answer
Yes: Lemon Creativo, based in Santo Domingo, delivers kits to each employee's home across the country. You need each person's name, address with a landmark, phone and time window. Kits start at RD$1,081, and for individual shipping we recommend kits from RD$1,697 (before ITBIS tax, September 2026); a multi-address shipment takes 10 to 18 business days from artwork approval.

Request quoteCan you ship a welcome kit to each employee's home?
Yes. We deliver to individual addresses in the National District and across the country, including remote teams and teams spread over several branches. We've run projects in Punta Cana, Santiago and La Romana.
For someone working from home, the kit matters more than in an office. They never see the hallways or their colleagues' desks; to them, the company lives on a screen. The kit is one of the few times the company shows up at their door as something they can hold and use.
What information do you need from each person?
Six details, on one sheet, before production. It's the most underestimated part: shipping to an office is one address; shipping to a remote team is dozens of addresses with different landmarks and schedules.
| Detail | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Name as it should appear on the item | Avoids reprinting a mug or notebook over a misspelled name |
| Address with a landmark | In many areas the landmark ("across from the corner store", "second floor, blue door") is what gets the package there |
| City or province | Sets the route and how many extra days to allow |
| Phone number | To schedule the delivery and confirm it arrived |
| When they can receive it | Keeps the kit from bouncing around because nobody was home |
| Who receives it if they're out | A family member or the building doorman, so the delivery isn't lost |
A practical tip: collect these details with a short form and review them before approving the artwork. An incomplete address caught early delays nothing; caught on delivery day, it does.
What goes in a work-from-home kit?
Items that make the workday at home better, not ones that just fill the box:
- A tumbler or bottle, so they don't get up every few minutes.
- An A5 notebook, for notes during video calls. The branded faux-leather A5 notebook starts at RD$522 before ITBIS tax, as of September 2026.
- A pen to take notes without opening another window.
- A lidded mug, which gets used every day at home.
Skip what only makes sense in an office, like a lanyard for a badge they'll never wear. At home, unused items show up fast.
Which items and packaging travel well?
Steel, bamboo, aluminum and notebooks travel without trouble. Ceramic does too, as long as it's padded and in a rigid box.
Packaging decides whether the kit arrives the way it left:
- A rigid box instead of a bag, so it doesn't get crushed.
- Inner padding (shredded paper or dividers) that holds every piece in place.
- The person's name on the outside, on the label or the box, so nothing gets mixed up.
The simplest kit in the catalog, the custom welcome kit, starts at RD$1,081 and comes in an envelope-style bag, meant for hand delivery. For individual shipping we recommend kits from RD$1,697, with metal, aluminum or bamboo pieces that travel well, packed in a rigid box. Two that work well:
- The custom corporate welcome kit (A5 faux-leather notebook, pen and 600 ml bottle), from RD$1,697.
- The new employee welcome kit (bamboo notebook with pen and 600 ml insulated tumbler, laser engraved), from RD$2,934.
All are reference prices before ITBIS tax, as of September 2026.
How do you confirm every kit arrived?
With a checklist per person, not a "everything shipped." Each row of the data sheet gets three statuses: ready, on the way, delivered. That way, if a kit can't be delivered, you find out in time to reschedule it with the person.
One thing that helps: let each employee know, by email or team chat, that their kit is on the way. They'll expect it and won't turn away a package they don't recognize.
How much lead time do you need?
A multi-address shipment is a full project: allow 10 to 18 business days from artwork approval, depending on volume and technique. For more than 100 kits, plan at least 15 business days ahead, as you would for a large event. If everyone should receive it in the same week, for a launch or an anniversary, order with extra margin.
For a single remote new hire, a catalog kit takes 2 to 4 days or 5 to 7 days per its product page, plus delivery time to their city.
How we deliver a kit to each employee's home
We reach every person, wherever they are. You send the list and we take care of the rest:
- we check the delivery details before production;
- we personalize each kit with the person's name;
- we pack it to travel;
- we coordinate deliveries by person, branch or city.
HR doesn't chase boxes, and your company gets a single invoice with a tax receipt. The details we ask for are listed in logistics and delivery.
The same process works beyond onboarding: birthdays, work anniversaries, a team milestone or year end. With addresses already confirmed, every shipment after the first one is simpler.
To choose the items, use the welcome kit checklist. If people join all year, read how to run welcome kits all year. For every kit type and price, see the custom corporate kits guide or our welcome kits for new employees service.
Request your quote at our quote page with the number of people and delivery cities: we reply within 24â48 hours with a confirmed lead time.
Frequently asked questions
Can you deliver kits to several provinces on the same day?
We can plan for them to arrive within the same window of days. Deliveries outside the National District need more margin, so we confirm the exact date in the quote based on the cities.
What information do you need from each employee?
Name as it should appear on the item, address with a landmark, city or province, phone number, when they can receive it and who receives it if they're out.
What should a work-from-home kit include?
Items that make the day at home better: a tumbler or bottle, an A5 notebook, a pen and a lidded mug. Skip things that only make sense in an office.
Are these kits only for new hires?
No. The same shipping process works for birthdays, work anniversaries, a team milestone or year end. Once the addresses are confirmed, every shipment gets easier.
