Privacy policy
How we handle personal information across corporate quoting, personalization, and logistics coordination.

What data we process
- Contact details: name, email, phone, company, role, and tax ID (RNC) when an invoice is required.
- Request content: what you tell us when asking for a quote, along with any files, artwork, or briefs you send.
- Conversations: the WhatsApp and email messages you exchange with our sales team.
- Transaction data: orders, invoices, payments, and delivery addresses when there is a purchase.
- Browsing data: pages visited, traffic source, and advertising identifiers, as described in our cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and prepare the quote.
- To coordinate production, personalization, and delivery.
- To issue the tax receipts required by Dominican regulations.
- To follow up on ongoing projects and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for purposes other than those listed above.
Who we share it with
Only with parties required to operate, and limited to what is necessary:
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): to receive and answer your messages from our internal platform.
- Meta and Google: to measure advertising performance, in some cases using irreversibly hashed contact data.
- Payment and shipping providers: the minimum needed to charge and deliver.
- DGII: the tax data the law requires us to report.
Some of these providers operate outside the Dominican Republic, so your data may be processed in other countries under each provider’s safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Quotes without a purchase, and conversations: while an active commercial relationship exists, or until you request deletion.
- Tax documents: for the periods set by the DGII. These cannot be deleted on request.
Your rights
Under Dominican Law 172-13 on Personal Data Protection, you may request access to your data, correct it, delete it, or object to its use for commercial purposes. Write to [email protected] and we respond within the statutory deadlines. The deletion procedure is detailed at data deletion.
Security
Access to information is restricted to staff who need it for their work, protected by individual credentials and role-based permissions. Communications with our systems are encrypted in transit.
Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we update this policy, we publish the new version at this same address and change the date above.
