Service scope

• Quotes are confirmed once quantities, technique, and branding are approved.
• Production timelines vary by volume, availability, and project complexity.
• Deliveries can be coordinated by team, location, or event.
• Changes after approval may impact timelines and costs.

Payment terms and late fees

• Each invoice is due on the date shown on it (by default, 10 business days after it is issued).
• From the due date, the outstanding balance accrues a late fee of 2% per month, per month or fraction late.
• The late fee is documented with a debit note that references the overdue invoice and carries the ITBIS required by law.
• We send payment reminders before and after the due date to the email registered to receive invoices. You can pay online from each invoice's link.
