Lanyard with breakaway buckle

For conferences, trade shows, and multi-day events. It is printed in full-color DTF, so a multi-color logo prints without trouble.

The clip lanyard for event staff or one-day events; the retractable badge reel, UV-printed, for people who tap or show their card many times a day.

How we handle your lanyard order

Lanyards, reels, and tags are ready 2 to 4 days from artwork approval, and pins in 5 to 7, per the product page. If they are part of a larger event order, the project sets the timeline: 10 to 18 business days, and at least 15 for more than 100 pieces.

1. Tell us model, quantity, and date

If you are not sure which, tell us who it is for and we will suggest two or three.

2. We quote in 24–48 hours

With a mockup of your logo on the lanyard and an itemized price: product, branding, packaging, and delivery.

3. You approve the artwork

You check how the logo looks and, when it applies, a sample before the batch is produced.

4. We produce and deliver

We check every piece, pack, and deliver to one point, per person, or per office.

What companies ask before ordering

How far ahead should I order the lanyards?

Lanyards on their own are ready 2 to 4 days from artwork approval, per the product page; metal pins, 5 to 7. If they are part of a larger event order, count on 10 to 18 business days, and at least 15 if the event has more than 100 pieces.

Which technique does each one take?

Lanyards are printed in full-color DTF; the retractable badge reel takes UV printing; ID tags and the metal pin are sublimated in full color. Each product page lists which one applies.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the item and the technique. Some pieces we make from a few units and others are better ordered in batches so the branding pays off. We confirm it in the quote. For reference, half of our orders are between 4 and 50 units.

Do you issue a tax invoice?

Yes, an electronic invoice with e-CF. We also work with free-zone companies, special tax regimes, and government institutions.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver to a single point, per person, or per office, with fast delivery in the Distrito Nacional and nationwide coverage, with projects in Santiago, Punta Cana, and La Romana.
