It depends on the order type. Count back from the day you want to hand out the gifts, using our actual lead times from artwork approval:

The last column leaves a week to receive the quote (24–48 hours), review the mockup and get internal sign-off. For events with more than 100 pieces, plan on at least 15 business days.
Why do November and December fill up so fast?
Because after July they are the busiest months of the year. Many companies want to deliver in the same two weeks, so production fills up.
Companies that approve in October or early November can choose any kit, packaging or technique. Those who arrive in December are limited to items that can be made in a few days. The gift can still be good, just with fewer options.

Who are you giving to, and how much per person?
Define the groups before you look at products. In December most companies give to four audiences at once:
- Internal team: the largest group, where quantity matters most.
- Key clients: the accounts you want to look after, with a more substantial box.
- Partners and suppliers: the relationships that keep operations running.
- Leadership and shareholders: few pieces, best presentation.
Then set an amount per person for each group. A mistake we see often is thinking of one total and splitting it blindly: the team and your most important client end up with the same gift. In October and November we get many requests like this one: "We are looking for the perfect supplier for our Christmas gifts, please send your best proposal." Here is how we answer:
- We ask for five things: groups, quantity per group, budget per person, delivery date and delivery location.
- Quote within 24–48 hours, with a mockup of your brand and itemized pricing (product, branding, packaging and service) so procurement can compare line by line.
- Artwork approval and, when needed, a sample.
- Production and piece-by-piece quality control.
- Packing and delivery to one location, per person or per office.
A mistake we often see in December: the address list arrives when the gifts are already finished. If you are delivering to each client's office, build the list with name, company and address while the artwork is being approved. And if gifts carry each employee's name, that list is part of the artwork.
