Short answer

Daily-use branded tech stays with the phone or on the desk: wireless chargers, power banks, phone grips, and mouse pads; a USB drive, if it carries content. At Lemon Creativo in Santo Domingo, it ranges from basic accessories like phone grips to wireless earbuds; the price is confirmed in the quote within 24 to 48 hours, and nearly all of it takes 2 to 4 days from artwork approval.

Which branded tech actually gets used?

The tech that stays with the phone or lives on the desk. A wireless charger, a power bank, a phone grip, or a mouse pad gets used every day without anyone having to remember it, and every use puts your logo back in view. A USB drive, on the other hand, depends on what is on it.

Search behavior points the same way: within tech, branded USB drives are the Google searches that show our site most often, followed by mouse pads, phone grips, and chargers. The demand is there; the question is which item fits the person receiving it.

  • Attached to the phone: phone grip (popsocket), rotating phone stand, power bank.
  • On the desk: wireless charger, mouse pad, desk clock.
  • For listening: wireless earbuds and a mini speaker.
  • For storing or handing over files: USB drive.

How much does branded tech cost?

It depends mostly on the item: a phone grip is a basic-range accessory and Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Play earbuds are a premium item. Then quantity, method, and packaging come in. These are the tech products available in our catalog, with what each product page says and its range:

Every product page except the Xiaomi earbuds lists 2 to 4 days of production from artwork approval; we confirm the earbuds' lead time when we quote. To compare with pens, tumblers, or apparel, our article on what drives the price of promotional products in the DR explains what changes the quote in each family. The price of each item is confirmed in the quote, within 24 to 48 hours, with a mockup and an itemized price.

Is a USB drive still a good gift?

Yes, when it carries something or has a clear purpose. Empty, it competes with the cloud and the phone and easily ends up in a drawer. With content, it becomes useful:

  • the presentation or catalog you hand a client after a meeting;
  • materials from a training session, workshop, or conference;
  • photos and video from a company event;
  • the documents a new hire receives on day one.

The catalog has two models, both 16 GB. The custom branded USB drive comes in several colors with full-color UV printing, so it reproduces your brand colors. The bamboo drive carries a laser-engraved logo: it looks more understated and pairs well with a sustainability message. If you plan to hand it out with files, have them ready before the order arrives so you can load them in time.

Wireless charger or power bank?

A wireless charger for people who spend the day at a desk; a power bank for people on the move. Both get daily use, just in different places:

If your team is mixed, you do not have to pick just one: chargers for the office and power banks for people in the field, with the same logo.

Which tech works for an event, and which for a gift?

For a busy event, basic-range items that are easy to carry; for a gift, higher-value items, ideally boxed.

  • Trade show, conference, or activation: phone grip and mouse pad. Both print in full color and fit in any bag. To work out how many to order based on visitor traffic, see what merchandise to bring to a trade show or conference.
  • Welcome kit: the Eco Office Set pairs a wireless charger with an eco notebook. The full list of what to include is in what to include in an employee welcome kit.
  • Gifts for clients or your team: the Wireless Charger Gift Set, the Wireless Earbuds Promotional Gift Set, or the gift box with planner, pen, USB drive, and bottle.

What should you check before buying branded tech?

Four things the catalog photo does not tell you:

  • The logo area is small. A long horizontal logo with a tagline will not fit on a phone grip, USB drive, or charger. Use the symbol or the short version, without thin lettering.
  • Compatibility. A wireless charger only works if the phone supports wireless charging; a MagSafe power bank only if the phone is MagSafe-compatible.
  • Technical specs in writing. Drive capacity, power bank milliamp-hours, included cables. If it is not on the product page, ask for it in the quote.
  • A sample before the full run when the quantity justifies it: check that it charges, that it plays, and that the logo looks the way you expect.

Tech reads as a gift, so presentation matters more than it does with a pen. If you are giving it to clients, plan the packaging from the quote stage.

How we handle a branded tech order

You do not need a large volume to start: our median order is 15 units, and half of all orders fall between 4 and 50. The process is the same for five power banks as for two hundred phone grips:

  1. Brief: who receives it, how they will use it, quantity, date, and delivery location.
  2. Quote within 24 to 48 hours, with a mockup at the real size of the branding area and an itemized price: product, branding, packaging, and service.
  3. Artwork approval and, when it applies, sample approval.
  4. Production: 2 to 4 days per item, depending on the product page. Inside a kit with special packaging or per-person delivery, 10 to 18 business days.
  5. Piece-by-piece quality control and delivery to one location, per person, or per site anywhere in the country.

The first thing we check in the mockup is the logo: one designed for a billboard is unreadable on a phone grip. We propose the version that works at the real size before production, not after.

If you are building your full promotional list, start with which promotional items people actually use, and if you are comparing suppliers, with our guide to choosing a promotional products supplier. Request your quote with the item, quantity, and date: we reply within 24 to 48 hours with a mockup and an itemized price.

Frequently asked questions

What capacity does the branded USB drive have?

Both drives in our catalog are 16 GB: the colored one with UV printing and the bamboo one with laser engraving. If you need a different capacity, ask in your quote and we will confirm availability and price.

How long does a branded tech order take?

2 to 4 days from artwork approval for nearly every item; the earbuds gift set takes 5 to 7. If it goes inside a kit with special packaging or per-person delivery, it is planned as a full project: 10 to 18 business days.

Can each person's name go on a power bank or a phone grip?

Yes. On UV-printed or sublimated items, each unit is printed on its own, so the name can change on every piece. Send the list written exactly as it should appear, with accents and capitals.

How much does branded tech cost?

It depends on the item, quantity, method, and packaging. Phone grips and mouse pads sit in the basic range and work well at trade shows and busy events; power banks and earbuds, in the premium range. The price is confirmed in the quote, within 24 to 48 hours, with a mockup and an itemized price.
