From RD$143 for a pen to RD$3,804 for wireless earbuds, but most everyday giveaways cost far less: of roughly 120 individual items available in these nine families, more than three out of four cost under RD$1,000, and half cost about RD$530 or less. These are reference prices from our catalog, before ITBIS tax, as of October 2026, calculated only from items currently available.
| Product family | From | Up to | What that range covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pens | RD$143 | RD$308 | From the Covert plastic pen to a wooden pen with a stylus tip |
| Notebooks and planners | RD$249 | RD$713 | From an eco notepad with pen to a faux-leather planner |
| Mugs | RD$274 | RD$1,283 | From an 11 oz white mug to a 280 ml bamboo mug |
| Tumblers, cups, and bottles | RD$481 | RD$1,538 | From the Skinny acrylic bottle to a 40 oz Stanley Cup |
| Caps | RD$391 | RD$650 | From a bull denim cap with a DTF logo to an embroidered ST-72 microfiber cap |
| Bags and backpacks | RD$186 | RD$2,080 | From the M006 polypropylene tote to a crossbody backpack |
| Keychains | RD$290 | RD$457 | From a metal bottle-opener keychain to a wood and aluminum keychain |
| Tech | RD$249 | RD$3,804 | From a phone grip (popsocket) to Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Play earbuds |
| Apparel | RD$517 | RD$3,221 | From a birdseye dry fit T-shirt to a waterproof safety jacket |
The table covers individual items. Gift sets and gift boxes, which come assembled with packaging, range from RD$482 to RD$9,636 in the catalog. Every model, with its product page and lead time, is in our corporate merchandise catalog.
Why can the same item cost more or less?
Five things: quantity, branding method, how many logo positions, whether each piece carries a different name, and packaging. None of them requires lowering quality; all of them can be adjusted.
| What moves the price | Why | How to adjust without lowering quality |
|---|---|---|
| Quantity | Artwork and setup are spread across the pieces | Ask for pricing at two or three quantities before you decide |
| Branding method | Each material takes its own method, and when an item accepts two, the price changes: the 24 oz Owala-style tumbler costs RD$1,372 with UV printing and RD$1,522 laser engraved | Choose by how you want the logo to look: understated laser engraving or full-color UV printing |
| Logo positions | Each extra position is another round of branding | One well-placed logo works better than two small ones |
| Each person's name | Each piece is personalized on its own and the list is checked name by name | Save names for team gifts; use the logo alone at events |
| Packaging | A box turns the item into a gift | Item alone for an event; a box for clients and recognition |
Packaging shows clearly in the catalog: the 11 oz white mug costs RD$274 on its own and RD$482 inside a boxed gift set. The 280 ml bamboo mug goes from RD$1,283 to RD$1,715 in a gift box. Neither is better; it depends on who receives it.
How much does a company spend on a typical order?
Less than most people expect. Across our 570 orders between March 2024 and September 2026, the median order was 15 units and about RD$9,800. Half of all orders fell between 4 and 50 units, and between RD$3,000 and RD$31,000.
For a sense of scale at reference prices: 15 ceramic mugs with a cork base and lid at RD$513 come to RD$7,695 before tax; it has been our most-ordered item since 2025, with 26 orders. Fifty Covert pens at RD$143 come to RD$7,150. The final price changes with quantity, method, and packaging, but that is the order of magnitude.
You also do not need hundreds of units to start: on 216 of the 224 available products, the product page shows an estimated minimum of one unit. The final minimum for each item is confirmed in the quote, depending on method and packaging.
Where should you adjust if the budget falls short?
In the scope, not the quality. A pen that skips or a tumbler that leaks is expensive no matter what it cost, because your logo is on it every time it fails. These are the levers that work:
- Split by recipient. Not everyone needs the same item: a pen that writes well for trade show visitors, and a better boxed piece for key contacts.
- One logo position. Instead of front and back, one well-chosen position.
- Packaging by occasion. A gift box makes sense for a client; for an activation, the item alone.
- Another item in the same family. A 750 ml aluminum bottle (RD$572) does the same daily job as a double-wall stainless steel bottle (from RD$1,091). Our guide to branded tumblers and bottles compares models and prices.
- Fewer items, better chosen. Things people use every day go further than a pile of items that end up in a drawer. See which promotional items people actually use.

Does the price include tax, packaging, and delivery?
Catalog prices are reference prices and do not include ITBIS tax. Our quote lists each line separately: product, branding, packaging, and service. That way you see what each line covers and can compare suppliers on the same basis. The invoice is issued with an electronic tax receipt (e-CF).
The most misleading comparison puts a pre-tax price next to a price that includes tax, or a boxed item next to one without a box. Before deciding on price, check that both quotes say the same thing on every line.
How we quote a promotional order at Lemon
Requests like this one reach us through our website: "Please quote each product separately." That is the right way to buy, and it is how we work:
- Brief: which item, how many units, the date, the delivery location, and a rough budget. A vector logo saves a step.
- Quote within 24 to 48 hours, with a mockup and an itemized price. If the quantity is not final, we give you two or three scenarios.
- Artwork approval and, when it applies, sample approval.
- Production: 2 to 4 days for items with simple branding, 5 to 7 for apparel and plaques, and 10 to 18 business days for a full project with several items or special packaging. Always counted from artwork approval.
- Piece-by-piece quality control and delivery to one location, per person, or per site.
If the total does not fit, we show you where to trim the scope before touching the item itself: fewer logo positions, different packaging, or a different quantity. 35% of our customers come back to buy again, and that happens when the first order went well, not when it was the lowest bid.
If you are comparing suppliers, our guide to choosing a promotional products supplier in the Dominican Republic sums up what to ask each one. And our page on branded promotional products in the Dominican Republic shows the categories and examples of our work.
Request your quote with the item, quantity, and date: we reply within 24 to 48 hours with an itemized price and a mockup, with no obligation.
