Short answer
The souvenirs people keep are useful at the event and afterward: a hand fan outdoors, a pin at an annual assembly, a mug at the year-end dinner. At Lemon Creativo in Santo Domingo, they start at RD$143 before ITBIS tax (October 2026) and take 2 to 7 days from artwork approval, depending on the item.

Request quoteWhich souvenirs do people actually take home from an event?
The ones that are useful that same day and afterward. A souvenir gets left on the table when it has no use, when it's heavy, or when the logo is so big nobody wants to use it outside the event. People take it when it solves something: the heat, thirst, a place to carry their things, a place for their keys.
A simple test before you choose: would you use this item if it didn't have your logo on it? If not, your guests won't either. And if you're still deciding whether your event calls for a souvenir or a gift, start with the difference between a souvenir and a corporate gift. This guide assumes you've decided: it's a souvenir, for many people, at the same moment.
Which souvenir fits each type of event?
The event decides: where it happens, how long it lasts, and who attends. The same piece that works at an annual assembly can be pointless at a beach day.
| Event | What people take home | Why it works | Reference price from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual assembly, anniversary, or internal convention | Full-color metal pin or metal keychain | Small, goes on a lapel or a key ring, and can carry the event name | RD$449 ¡ RD$307 |
| Outdoor event, family day, or team building | Wooden hand fan, embroidered GAP-style cap, or can cooler sleeve | They help with the sun and heat from the first minute | RD$358 ¡ RD$553 ¡ RD$257 |
| Conference, seminar, or training | Branded pen, recycled-paper notepad with pen, or 750 ml aluminum bottle | Used during the sessions and back at the office | RD$143 ¡ RD$249 ¡ RD$572 |
| Year-end dinner or party | Ceramic mug with a cork base and lid | One of our most-ordered items since 2025, and it stays on the desk | RD$513 |
| Event with guests from abroad | Local-flavor gift kit: a branded recycled-paper notebook and a brownie, for a taste of the DR | A Dominican taste in a size that fits in a suitcase | RD$924 |
Reference prices per unit, before ITBIS (Dominican sales tax), as of October 2026. They vary with quantity, technique, and packaging.
How many souvenirs should you order?
One per confirmed guest, plus a small margin for people who show up without confirming. Unlike a trade show, at your own event you know who's coming: the guest list is your number.
If the event is open to the public, like a booth or an activation, the math is different: by visitors per day and in tiers. We explain it in what merchandising to bring to a trade show or conference, and how much.
If each souvenir carries a person's name, don't over-order: a leftover named piece is no use to anyone. Order the exact number on the list plus a few unnamed pieces for surprises.
Should you add the event name and date?
It depends on whether the souvenir is meant to remember that day or to be used all year. At an anniversary or an annual assembly, the date turns a pin or keychain into a keepsake; many of these orders arrive with a reason like "for the celebration of our fifth annual assembly". On everyday items such as bottles, caps, or pens, a logo alone lasts longer, because nobody wants to carry around the date of an event that's over.
The practical rule: dates on small, symbolic pieces; just the logo on things people use every day.
When should you hand out the souvenir?
It depends on what it's for. Items for the heat, like fans or caps, go out on arrival, because they're used during the event. Keepsakes, like pins, mugs, or keychains, work better at the end, handed out at the exit: guests don't carry them all day, and they don't get left behind on the table.
If you're giving more than one piece, add a bag to carry them; a branded polypropylene bag starts at RD$186. And if there are speakers, sponsors, or special guests, they should get something different from everyone else's souvenir: how to choose gifts for a conference or convention explains how to separate those groups.
How we handle souvenirs for your event
We start with two facts: how many people are coming and what kind of event it is. With that, we propose one or two pieces that fit, not a long list to pick from blindly.
- Orders are smaller than most people think. Our median order is 15 units, and half of all orders fall between 4 and 50, so a 40-person event is a normal order for us.
- Pins are the typical souvenir for an assembly or anniversary. Since 2025 we've made 1,235 metal pins, about 50 per order.
- Per-person branding is common. We get requests like "a custom keychain with each employee's name, the company logo, and a phrase on the back." It goes smoothly when the list arrives with the artwork.
The process is the same as always: a brief with the date, quantity, event type, and delivery location; a quote within 24â48 hours with a mockup and an itemized price; artwork approval; production with piece-by-piece quality control; and delivery to your office, the venue, or the hotel. Lead times, from artwork approval and per the product page: 2 to 4 days for fans, pens, mugs, and bottles, and 5 to 7 for pins and embroidered caps. If the whole event goes over 100 pieces, plan at least 15 business days.

Frequently asked questions
Which souvenirs do clients order most from Lemon Creativo?
Since 2025, our most-ordered items include ceramic mugs with a cork base and lid, custom full-color DTF bags, and metal pins, which come in orders of about 50 units.
Can each souvenir carry a guest's name?
Yes. It's common in our orders: the company logo, each person's name, and sometimes a short message. Send the list with the artwork, since named pieces are produced from the list, not after.
Is there a minimum order for souvenirs?
Each product page shows an estimated minimum, which is 1 unit for most items. The final minimum is confirmed in your quote, depending on the technique and packaging.
Can you deliver the souvenirs to the event venue or hotel?
Yes. We deliver to a single point (your office, the venue, or the hotel) anywhere in the country, with projects in Punta Cana, Santiago, and La Romana. The date and place are set in the quote.
