How we handle your booth
We confirm the lead time for roll-ups and displays in the quote, counted from artwork approval. If they go with the event merchandise and kits, the full project takes 10 to 18 business days, and at least 15 for more than 100 pieces.

With a mockup of your logo on the roll-up and displays and an itemized price: product, branding, packaging, and delivery.
3. You approve the artwork

What companies ask before ordering
What does a trade show booth include?
It depends on the space and the number of show days. The usual set is one or two roll-ups for the back or the entrance, a display or display box on the counter, brochures, giveaways in tiers, and staff identification (lanyards and T-shirts). We propose it all in a single quote, with a mockup of every piece.
How far ahead should I order?
We confirm the lead time for roll-ups and displays in the quote, counted from artwork approval. If they go with the event merchandise and kits, count on 10 to 18 business days, and at least 15 if the order has more than 100 pieces. For Wealth Expo 2026, Weltrade's displays were ordered on July 15 and delivered on the 24th, the agreed date.
Do you deliver to the trade show venue?
Yes. The quote sets the place, day, and time according to the venue's set-up schedule, and we deliver everything together: roll-ups, displays, and booth material. If the show is outside Santo Domingo, we add transit to the lead time; we have taken roll-ups all the way to Punta Cana.
What size are the roll-up banners?
We recommend the size based on your booth space. For reference, Logitech's measured 33.4×78.7", printed in full color with an aluminum stand. Send us the space size and we will suggest the one that reads best from the aisle.
Do you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, an electronic invoice with e-CF. We also work with free-zone companies, special tax regimes, and government institutions.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver to a single point, per person, or per office, with fast delivery in the Distrito Nacional and nationwide coverage, with projects in Santiago, Punta Cana, and La Romana.
