It is almost never production: what moves the date happens earlier, in the brief and the approvals.

Send a vector logo
AI, EPS, SVG, or editable PDF in your first message. If it has to be redrawn, days are lost before the mockup.

Have one person approve
Every round of comments adds days before the production clock starts.

Close quantity and names first
If the quantity or item changes after approval, the lead time is recalculated. If the quantity is not final, ask for two scenarios.

Say where and to whom it goes
Address, recipient, and hours for each drop-off. Outside Santo Domingo, transport is already built into the date we give you.

The production clock starts when you approve the artwork, not with your first message. That is why the quote already says how many days your order takes and when they start counting.

Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the item and the technique. Some pieces we make from a single unit, like plaques, and others are better ordered in batches so the branding pays off. We confirm it in the quote.
Do you deliver outside Santo Domingo?
Yes. Fast delivery in the Distrito Nacional and nationwide coverage, with projects in Santiago, Punta Cana, and La Romana. Transport is built into the schedule from the quote, so the date we give you is the delivery date at destination.
What if the date is too tight?
We tell you in the quote, before you approve. If the lead time does not fit, we suggest an item that does, or adjust the scope (quantity, packaging, or technique), never the quality.
