Methodology

Source
Lemon Creativo's management system: sales orders, delivered packages, workshop work orders, and WhatsApp Business conversations.
Period
Orders confirmed between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. Data cutoff: October 21, 2026.
What counts
358 orders with at least one physical product. Canceled orders, drafts, and test records are excluded, as are service lines (delivery, design, setup) and packaging.
Delivery time
Calendar days from the order date to the delivery of its last package. Orders not yet delivered are left out.
Categories and techniques
Each line is classified by the catalog item or, when it is not linked, by its description. Techniques come from the line description and from the workshop work orders. Groups with fewer than 10 orders are not shown.
WhatsApp
A conversation starts with a customer message after 24 hours of silence, received Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Santo Domingo time). The reply is the first message written by a person; automatic greetings and away messages don't count.
What is not published
Prices, amounts, customer names, and the on-time delivery rate (it is not yet measured with enough rigor). The figures are aggregated: none can be traced back to a customer.
Updates
Every quarter, with the four most recent complete quarters. Previous editions keep their own data.
