What details do you need to send to order a plaque?

Six details, written exactly as you want them engraved:

1. Full name, with correct accents and spelled the way the person writes it.
2. Job title or department, if you want it shown.
3. Reason: “For 10 years of service,” “Top performer 2026,” “In appreciation of…”.
4. Date or year of the award.
5. Who it is from: the company, the leadership team or the department.
6. Vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG, or editable PDF). A small JPG comes out blurry when engraved.
