What companies ask before ordering
What technique is used for the logo on the umbrella?
Per the product pages, the TR-005 and TR-003 take DTF and the double-canopy TR-002 takes sublimation. DTF applies the logo in full color onto the panel fabric; with sublimation the ink bonds into the polyester. The mockup shows how it looks on the umbrella color you pick.
Manual or automatic; 54 or 62 inches?
The 62-inch automatic (TR-003 or TR-002) covers more, leaves more room for the logo, and opens with a button: best as a gift or for daily use. The 54-inch manual TR-005 is more compact, costs less, and is ready sooner. The TR-002 has a double polyester canopy and a fiberglass handle: the highest-value model for clients. All three come with a sleeve.
Can you make umbrellas with two logos in the same order?
Yes. It happens with companies that have two brands, shared sponsorships, or when each department wants its own design. It goes in one quote, with a mockup per logo, and at delivery we separate and label each group.
Do you make compact logo umbrellas?
Yes. It is a small folding umbrella that fits in a handbag or briefcase. It is available by quote, where we confirm colors and lead time.
How long do the umbrellas take?
Per the product pages, from artwork approval: the TR-005 manual, 2 to 4 days; the TR-003 and TR-002 automatics, 5 to 7. We confirm the compact one in the quote. Inside a multi-item project, 10 to 18 business days, and for events with more than 100 pieces, at least 15.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the item and the technique. Some pieces we make from a few units and others are better ordered in batches so the branding pays off. We confirm it in the quote. For reference, half of our orders are between 4 and 50 units.
Do you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, an electronic invoice with e-CF. We also work with free-zone companies, special tax regimes, and government institutions.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver to a single point, per person, or per office, with fast delivery in the Distrito Nacional and nationwide coverage, with projects in Santiago, Punta Cana, and La Romana.
