What companies ask before ordering
Which materials do you laser engrave?
Metal and steel, plastic, and PU (synthetic leather) with the fiber laser, which can also mark in color on stainless steel, and wood and bamboo with the diode laser. We do not laser engrave crystal or glass: those pieces are done with UV printing.
Can you engrave each person's name?
Yes. We engrave your logo and each person's name on their piece. You send us the list of names and we check it with you, accents included, before engraving: an engraved mistake cannot be erased.
Does laser engraving wear off?
No. The laser marks the material itself and uses no ink, so it does not peel or fade with use or washing. It usually comes out in a single tone, the one the material gives.
How long does the engraving take?
Many catalog pieces are ready 2 to 4 days from artwork approval, per the product page. Inside a multi-item project, 10 to 18 business days, and for orders of more than 100 pieces, at least 15.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the item and the technique. Some pieces we make from a few units and others are better ordered in batches so the branding pays off. We confirm it in the quote. For reference, half of our orders are between 4 and 50 units.
Do you issue a tax invoice?
Yes, an electronic invoice with e-CF. We also work with free-zone companies, special tax regimes, and government institutions.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We deliver to a single point, per person, or per office, with fast delivery in the Distrito Nacional and nationwide coverage, with projects in Santiago, Punta Cana, and La Romana.
