Data deletion
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. Here is how to request it, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.
How to request it
Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. So we can identify your information, include the email address or phone number you used with us.
You do not need an account or a past purchase. If you ever messaged us on WhatsApp or requested a quote, you can submit a request.
What we delete
- Your contact details and your company’s record in our sales system.
- The WhatsApp and email conversations we had with you, along with any files, artwork, or briefs you sent us.
- Quotes and requests that did not lead to a purchase.
- Advertising and browsing identifiers tied to your visits to the site.
What we must keep
If you purchased from us, Dominican tax regulations require us to retain electronic tax receipts and their associated data — invoices, credit notes, and accounting records — for the periods set by the DGII. Those documents cannot be deleted on request. They are kept solely to meet that legal obligation and are never used to contact you or for commercial purposes.
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days at most. We write back to the same address to confirm, listing what was deleted and what was retained for tax compliance.
Data held by third parties
If you messaged us on WhatsApp, that conversation also exists on your own phone and on Meta’s servers under WhatsApp’s policies. We delete our copy; Meta’s copy has to be handled with them directly. The same applies to data Google or Meta collect through their own advertising and measurement tools, described in our cookie policy.
For more on what data we process and why, see our privacy policy.
