Request quoteWhich custom mug is right for your company?
The one that fits the recipient's day. For the office, a ceramic mug; for people who let their coffee go cold between meetings, one with a lid; for people who drive or work outside, an insulated steel mug. The ceramic mug with a cork base and lid covers the first two, which is why it is the one we are asked for most.
- Classic 11 oz ceramic: the desk mug. It is the lowest-priced option and reproduces a full-color logo best. It works for volume: a whole team, a trade show, or a simple year-end gift.
- Ceramic with cork base and lid (13 or 17 oz): the lid holds heat and prevents spills, and the cork protects the desk. It looks more considered without a big jump in price.
- 12 oz insulated steel: double-wall stainless steel, with or without a handle. It keeps drinks hot or cold longer and handles bumps. It suits people on the move, or a higher-value gift.
- Color-changing (magic): one color when cold, and the design appears when you pour something hot. It grabs attention at a launch, but it is not in our catalog right now (see below for what to do if you need one).
How much does a logo mug cost?

All of them are ready 2 to 4 days after artwork approval, depending on the product page. Each product page shows an estimated minimum of one unit; we confirm the final minimum in your quote, based on the method and packaging. Every model, with photos and colors, is in our corporate merchandise catalog.
Why is the cork-base mug with lid the most ordered?
Because it solves three things at once: the lid keeps the heat in and stops coffee from spilling on the desk, the cork base does not mark the table, and the white ceramic keeps the logo sharp in full color. Since 2025 it has been our most-requested item: 26 orders for the 13 oz ceramic mug with cork base and lid.
The 13 oz size is a standard office mug; the 17 oz suits people who drink large coffees or tea. If in doubt, the 13 oz is the one our clients have tried most. The mockup shows where the logo sits and whether the person's name fits on the other side.
Insulated mug or tumbler: which one?
An insulated mug is for drinking at your desk or in the car without the drink cooling down; tumblers and bottles are for carrying liquid all day. Our insulated mugs are 12 oz double-wall stainless steel, with a handle (in 8 colors) or without (white or silver).
On the insulated mug you choose the method: sublimation gives a full-color logo, and laser engraving marks it into the steel in a single tone, understated, with no ink to wash off. Laser costs more: RD$1,250 for the mug without a handle and RD$1,324 with a handle, versus RD$1,025 and RD$1,174 sublimated. If you need more capacity, a sealed lid, or a gym bottle, see the models and prices in our guide to custom logo tumblers and bottles.
What about magic mugs or enamel mugs?
We do not carry them right now. The magic mug (which reveals the design when you pour something hot) and the enamel mug (metal with an enamel finish, camping style) are searched a lot, and we would rather tell you plainly than show you a photo of something we cannot guarantee for your date.
If your campaign needs one, ask for it in your quote with the quantity and date: we will confirm whether we can source it and how long it takes. If what you want is a surprise effect, an option we do carry is the colored-interior mug: white outside with your logo and your brand color inside.
How do you add the logo and each person's name?
With sublimation, every mug can carry a different name without changing the process. It is one of the most common requests we get; one client put it this way: "The mugs have the company logo and each employee's name."
- Send the list of names in a spreadsheet, spelled exactly as they should print, with accents, and with last names only if you want them.
- Decide what goes on each side. The usual layout is the logo on one side and the name on the other, so it shows whether the person holds the mug in the right or left hand.
- Check the mockup with two or three real names, including the longest one on the list. It sets the font size for everyone.
A mug with a name works just as well in a welcome kit or for a birthday. For other items that can be personalized per person, see our guide to custom corporate gifts with a logo, a name, or both.
How we handle a mug order at Lemon
"Bulk" does not mean hundreds of mugs. Our orders are smaller than most people expect: the median is 15 units, and half of all orders fall between 4 and 50. This is how we handle each one:
- Brief: model or use, quantity, list of names if any, date, and delivery location.
- Quote within 24â48 hours, with a mockup and an itemized price: mug, branding, and packaging.
- Artwork approval and, if the run is large or the model is new to you, approval of a sample.
- Production in 2 to 4 days and piece-by-piece quality control: no shifted logos or off-tone prints, and every name matches your list.
- Packing and delivery to one location, per person, or per site.
A mistake we see often: sending a small logo image copied from a website. On a mug it shows, because the edges print blurry. Ask your designer for the vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or editable PDF) or the largest PNG they have. Another: leaving Father's Day mugs for the last week. July is our busiest month, so confirm artwork and quantity early.
If you are still deciding which item suits you, see which promotional items people actually use. If you are comparing suppliers, our guide to choosing a promotional products supplier in the Dominican Republic sums up what to ask for.
